Before you can receive the Services provided by EDebitCorp ("The Provider") you must read and agree to these Terms And Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.

By the payment of the Subscription Fee for the Provider's Service ("The Service"), you become a subscriber and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement for the provision of the Service. This agreement is subject to change at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each subscriber. The material provided through the Service is for the private entertainment of subscribers only.

The subscriber is responsible for the payment of non-refundable subscription fees according to the billing terms of the Provider. The subscriber's credit card will be automatically debited each subscription period until the subscriber notifies the Provider to terminate the subscription.

The subscription is non-transferable. The Subscriber must promptly notify the Provider of any change in its circumstances, such as the loss or cancellation of the credit card used for payment of subscription fees, which may inhibit the ability of the Provider to obtain its subscription fees. Until notified in writing, by electronic mail, or through the Provider's support site, the Subscriber is liable for any unauthorised use of the Service. The Provider will provide billing records that support charges for use of the Service if such request is received from the Subscriber.

Termination of the Service to the Subscriber is effective upon notification by the Subscriber to the Provider in writing, by electronic mail, or through the Provider's support site.

The Provider reserves the right to terminate the provision of the Service to the Subscriber at any time without cause.

The Provider's liability for any failure of performance, communications line failure, destruction or unauthorised access to our records or any other matter whatsoever for any civil litigation for whatever reason will be strictly limited to the amount paid to the Provider by the Subscriber for the preceding 9 months. The limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages may not be applicable in, or may vary in, certain states or countries.

No warranty is made by the Provider regarding the Services and the Provider hereby expressly disclaims all warranties as to content of information or fitness for a particular purpose. The exclusion of implied warranties may not be applicable in, or may vary in, certain states or countries.

All material displayed on the Service is copyrighted by the Provider, and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Provider.

All information and data transmissions made to or by the Subscriber are deemed to be readily accessible to the general public. All messages entered into this Service are available for examination by the Provider of the Service.

The Subscriber is wholly liable for any false disclosures to the Provider, and is responsible for ensuring that access to the Service complies with the legislation of the Subscriber's place of access to the Service. Any action that may arise from viewing, reading, or downloading of material or images contained within the Service is the sole responsibility of the Subscriber and the Subscriber indemnifies the Provide in all respects from any action which may result from the Subscriber's access to the Service.

The Provider is not responsible for any fraudulent access to the Service by the Subscriber or by any person or persons using the Subscriber's credit card facility without authorisation.

Notices by the Provider to Subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the Service, by a general posting on the Service, or by electronic or conventional mail to the address given to the Provider by the Subscriber.

This agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and the Provider regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may be amended upon notice by the Provider to the Subscriber. The provisions of this agreement will survive its termination.
